As you might have guessed from the name, ScheduleHead is a free online employee scheduling service. The free version is limited to 75 employees and uses email as the only way to notify them about their work shifts. The paid version automatically texts your employees and signs them up for shifts, rates your workers from 1 to 5 stars, and rewards those who do best.
iDoneThis is a free work report software. It sends your employees daily reminders to fill out a short form about what they’ve done. WebHR is a smaller version of Bitrix24. It does not include the file sharing, document management, client management and tasks that are included with Bitrix24. The drawback to this one is that many of the HR tools are not accessible on the free version. However, the plans are very modestly prices $25 for 20 employees and $50 for 50 employees.
